I'm seeing lots of posts about the new proposed legislation by Delegate John A. Cosgrove(R) - House District 78 (City of Chesapeake (part)) about HB 1677 Fetal death; report by mother, penalty. You can look up and track any past or present VA bills and see how the original proposed bill gets mangled into the law that gets signed. (really, some of these get messed up beyond recognition.)
