Virginia Lawmakers have too much time on their hands
The Virginia General Assembly seems to think we need a law to protect us from indecent underwear displays.
This targets the low riding pants of young men. And while I might not appreciate the style, (makes it impossible to admire cute butts), I really don't think we need a LAW against this. I have to wonder how many staffers will be upset when they realize that this would also mean women showing off the back of their thong underwear would also be breaking the law. I bet there are never any complaints about THAT occasional view.
