akrissyseems it was noticed that i have been more than out of touch lately. And not just during my last two weeks of illness from the incapacitating-head-cold-from-phoenix-rains.
I will admit I have let my new 'grown-up' job keep me distracted as much as my own personal depression and lack of motivation.
I will see what I can do about this and get back into the balanced pace of life that includes time for myself to reconnect with my friends and family. Winters can be sooooo hard for someone who just wants to hibernate during these minimal sunlight days.
The motto "Healer, heal thyself" is appropriately applied here.
